This Limited Warranty applies to bags purchased from us and it is one year starting from the time the product is purchased. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, our Company will repair or replace broken locks at no charge. 

The following actions and damages are excluded from the warranty:
• Deterioration due to normal wear and tear. 
• Damage caused by impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids, or immersion in liquids.
• Damage caused by accident, improper care or negligence.
• Damage caused by any other abuse, misuse, mishandling, or misapplication.
